ABD was fantastic. I contacted them and they quickly responded, and scheduled a time to come out. They showed up on time and let me know when they were on their way, and finished the work fast and really well! We will definitely be calling them again for future dryer vent cleaning! We thought the price was fair for making sure it was done right.

If I could reduce my rating to no stars I would. I hired them to clean my dryer vent, which vents to the roof. They took my $250, but I should have questioned that day why they used no vaccuum and only took less than an hour. A week later I tried to use my dryer, which was working before their service. It flashed a clean vent warning and wouldn't turn on. When I called to demand that fix it I was told they "checked" to see if it needed to be cleaned and it did not. They tried to blame it on a computer panel, despite my dryer being brand new. After much back and forth they finally agreed to send a tech late that day, after I had to dry my clothes in a laundromat. The pics below show the dryer when they assert it didn't need cleaning. Then when the same tech came, he claimed they don't clean the dryer and that the rest of the vents are clean. Then when I demanded the do a complete cleaning, which is what I'd already paid them to do, he proceeds to try to take the front and back off my dryer. I demanded he stop and asked that he use a vacuum, which he did not the first time he came, which DOZENS OF COMPANIES before him used. He said he couldn't clean it. Do NOT use this company. I'm terrified that more damage was done and will likely have to hire another company to do what they've been paid to do.

I used ABD services for the first time for air duct and dryer vent cleaning services. The technician Roni was on time and very polite. He even wanted to see and clean an air vent I had said not to worry about. Roni gave me extra information about my air ducts that a previous company I had used never told me. He even shortened my dryer vent hose to fit its location better. His care in doing a careful and thorough job truly showed. I was given pictures of the clean ducts afterwards. There was lots of stuff in our dryer vent so I am glad I had them out. I’ll definitely use this company again.

ABD air duct cleaning in Springfield was so professional! I trusted my technician 💯. He was honest and transparent and explained everything in detail. He showed me everything that he was going to do took before and after pictures and went the extra mile making sure that the ducts were cleaned and sanitized for me. Technician Roni T was a very professional and polite young man who took the time to understand our dryer duct issue. He did an excellent job in the cleaning the dryer duct and when he encountered an issue with heavy lint built up on the outside of the duct located four stories up on the roof, he was able to find a solution and cleared the obstruction. Alex was amazingly professional! Super punctual and did an excellent job. The first day he was on his own and the second day he was able to come back with help to finish the other vent. Prompt and efficient service. Congenial and efficient crew who were careful of the house and its contents. My only negative was being charged an extra $100 because the outside vent was more than 20 feet off the ground. I didn’t measure but it was the standard height for townhouses.

I got my AC ducts cleaned from a company called ABD Air Cleaning LLC. I was getting this done after a long gap. Shaun came on time and did the work meticulously along with Alex. They did their job with as little inconvenience to me and my dog. They cleaned up the place thoroughly after the work was done. And the best of all was they charge very reasonable prices.

Shawn Z. was fantastic. He treated my home with respect. He was very detailed oriented and made sure that all vents had a protected cover to prevent animals from making nests onward. Some vents did not have the metal mesh cover and we proactively added those today.

I called and talked to Alex about the service and price, he scheduled the time with Shawn on the same day, and Shawn is a wonderful man who did the job very well. If anyone whose needs the dryer vent cleaning, please try this company and be aware of many other companies that advertise the low price but when their technician get to your place, they will give you a different price and normally much higher.

Service was quick and came the same day as I called. However, the air pressure declined after the cleaning was done, and no real explanation was given. It’s possible the cleaning brush pushed out a connection in the vents that was loose. Also was recommended to have a changed vent from the dryer and that sort the low heat of the dryer, but it has not fixed it. Kind of felt like the extra $100 on top of $149, was not worth while and may have caused another issue to pay for. Unfortunate as the person who came was polite and courteous.

I scheduled online and was pleasantly surprised that there was availability the next day on a Sunday! We had the pleasure of working with Shawn, who performed our air duct and dryer vent cleaning, as well as air duct sanitizing. He arrived on time, was very efficient, respectful of our home, and politely answered all our questions regarding maintenance of our systems moving forward. I appreciated how he took before and after photos to show the work that was performed, and the recommendations he made to keep both our hvac and dryer running more smoothly. This is our first time having this type of service done and Shawn made it a breeze. We will be using ABD again since we now know the importance of yearly tuneups.

Alex came and cleaned and inspected our chimney and was great! He notified us when he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a really good job! Chimney looked great and the smell was gone.

He then returned a few days later to clean our dryer vent. It was a hot mess and he explained everything, showed me pictures of before and after and was really just great with everything!! And their prices are so much better than Winston Chimney!

We will be using ABD for all of our chimney, duct and vent services from now on!!

We had our dryer vent cleaned since it kept taking sometimes 3 drying cycles to dry towels. The service was excellent with explanations, good communication, quality, and thorough. I agree with all the reviews posted here and then some! Alex was also knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and cleared the dryer vent blockage at the roof vent. Alex explained everything from my first phone call and while he was checking the dryer vent on our roof. Our roof was replaced in October 2019 and the 25 years before that we did not have problems with the dryer vent. But when the roofing company replaced the vent the screen was too small to let the lint out and it collected over the last 5 years. The amount of lint Alex pulled out of there was shocking. He cleared the blockage, fixed the screen so that lint won't collect there anymore, and he weatherized the roof vent when he was done. Excellent, professional, yet friendly service. Easy peasy. ABD was able to schedule me the same day I reached out. Technician was professional and friendly.
